At SINGER, we are committed to the quality of your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure a smooth exchange or refund process.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your SINGER account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.
Drop Off and Track
Hand over your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
